ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Rebrands as ICICI Life Insurance
ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited has officially changed its corporate name to ICICI Life Insurance Limited following approval from the Registrar of Companies. The restructuring was initiated after joint-venture partner Prudential plc moved to acquire a majority stake in Bharti Life Insurance, necessitating a transition to investor status under Indian insurance regulations.
