Global Media and Information Literacy Week 2026 Observed Worldwide
The United Nations and UNESCO observed Global Media and Information Literacy Week from 24 to 31 October 2026. The 15th iteration of the week emphasized ethical evaluation, critical usage of digital information channels, and responsible digital literacy globally under the official theme 'We All Play a Part – Media and Information Literacy for the People'.
