Telangana Launches ₹12.66 Crore Challenge Fund for Rural Entrepreneurs
The program is implemented in partnership with the Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty (SERP) and BITS Pilani’s Technology Business Incubator Society (TBIS).
The fund is designed to support over 300 women and young entrepreneurs by providing enterprise diagnostics and customized growth roadmaps.
This initiative is part of the National Rural Livelihoods Mission (NRLM) Incubator Programme, supported by the Union Ministry of Rural Development.
Why it matters: It creates a structured support system for micro-enterprises to scale up, contributing to rural economic stability and self-employment.
