11th Joint Military Exercise 'LAMITIYE-2026' Commences in Seychelles

The Indian Armed Forces have arrived in Seychelles for the 11th edition of the biennial joint exercise 'LAMITIYE-2026' (March 9–20, 2026).
This edition is unique as it involves participation from all three wings: Indian Army (Assam Regiment), Indian Navy (INS Trikand), and Indian Air Force.
The exercise focuses on tactical drills for neutralising threats in semi-urban settings and sharing operational experience.
