Adani Ports & SEZ Marks Entry Into South America with USD 70 Million Marine Contract in Argentina
Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (APSEZ) has secured a landmark 10-year marine services contract worth approximately USD 70 million in Argentina.
This contract marks APSEZ's strategic entry into the South American infrastructure and marine services market.
The project will be executed through Meridian Transportes Marítimos S.A., a partnership where APSEZ's subsidiary, Adani Harbour International FZCO, holds a 51% stake and Argentina's Meridian Group holds 49%.
Designed to support Argentina's first Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) export initiative, the commercial operations under this agreement are slated to commence in September 2027.
