This cross-border initiative is modeled directly on India's successful Atal Tinkering Lab (ATL) framework and is a flagship part of the India-France Year of Innovation 2026.
To formalize the initiative, a Letter of Intent (LoI) was signed between the Atal Innovation Mission (AIM, NITI Aayog) and La Fondation Dassault Systèmes.
