Fintech Platform jUMPP Obtains NPCI License to Operate as UPI Third-Party Application Provider

Artificial Intelligence-driven fintech startup jUMPP has secured approval from the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) to function as a Third-Party Application Provider (TPAP).
This license will enable the platform to integrate Unified Payments Interface (UPI) services, facilitating direct retail payment solutions through its mobile application.
To roll out these payment services, jUMPP has partnered with YES Bank Limited as its Payment Service Provider (PSP) bank.
Additionally, the platform is collaborating to offer Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS) services to expand its digital utility suite.
This approval highlights the expanding ecosystem of AI-led digital finance tools in India and NPCI's push to diversify UPI service providers.
