India Celebrates 78th National Chartered Accountant Day on July 1
This day marks the establishment of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) on 1 July 1949.
Vice President C.P. Radhakrishnan was the Chief Guest at the national celebrations held at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi.
ICAI is the largest professional accounting body in India, working under the administrative control of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
