Power Finance Corporation Secures $300 Million via Floating Rate Notes

Power Finance Corporation (PFC) has successfully raised USD 300 million in the international bond market through the issuance of Floating Rate Notes (FRNs).
The notes were issued under PFC's USD 8 billion Global Medium Term Note (GMTN) Programme.
These FRNs carry a 3-year maturity period and are scheduled to mature on July 16, 2029.
The bonds will be listed on NSE IFSC and India INX at GIFT City, Gandhinagar, bolstering GIFT City's position as an international financial services hub.
