Delhivery Financial Services Private Limited has secured a Certificate of Registration from the Reserve Bank of India.
The company, which is a wholly-owned unit of logistics giant Delhivery Limited, has been permitted to operate as a Type-II Non-Banking Financial Company - Non-Deposit Taking (NBFC-ND).
This regulatory clearance paves the way for Delhivery to introduce tailor-made credit solutions for merchant partners and commercial clients within its logistics network.
