DRDO Signs Contracts with AIEL and Adani Defence for Indigenous AEW&C Mk-II
DRDO's Centre for Air Borne Systems (CABS) signed major contracts with AI Engineering Services Ltd (AIEL) and Adani Defence Systems and Technologies Ltd.
Under the agreement, Adani Defence will serve as the official Development-cum-Production Partner.
The indigenous Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) Mk-II system will utilize six modified Airbus A321 commercial aircraft as surveillance platforms.
