- A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a recognized University or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government
- Operating and working knowledge in computer systems is mandatory (Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations or studied Computer/IT in High School or College)
- Proficiency in the official language of the State/UT applied for is required

- 20 to 28 years as on 01.08.2026 (Candidates must have been born between 02.08.1998 and 01.08.2006, both inclusive)
