MoHFW Launches 'Swasth Bharat Portal' for Digital Health Integration
The Swasth Bharat Portal has been introduced as a unified aggregator to consolidate fragmented health programme data.
It provides a single interface for frontline health workers like ASHAs, ANMs, and CHOs, eliminating the need for multiple logins.
The portal is fully integrated with the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) and supports ABHA, HPR, and HFR registries.
Outcome: This initiative ensures secure, consent-based health data exchange and reduces repetitive reporting for medical officers.
