MobiKwik gets in-principle RBI nod for Offline Payment Aggregator license

Fintech firm MobiKwik has received in-principle authorization from the Reserve Bank of India to operate as a Payment Aggregator-Physical Point of Sale (PA-P).
The license will allow the platform to facilitate digital transactions for merchants via physical terminals, expanding its offline footprint.
A Payment Aggregator helps bridge merchants with payment networks, consolidating multiple payment modes like cards, UPI, and digital wallets.
