India's UPI Extends Digital Footprint to Greece

Indian travellers can now execute seamless digital transactions in Greece as UPI services officially go live in the European nation.
The implementation is powered by a strategic partnership between NPCI International Payments Limited (NIPL) and Eurobank.
This initiative was formally announced during Union Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal's official visit to Athens, Greece.
With this integration, Greece becomes the 10th country globally to support India's Unified Payments Interface (UPI) system in various formats, expanding India's cross-border financial ecosystem.
