Giles Thomson Assumes Presidency of Financial Action Task Force

Giles Thomson of the United Kingdom has officially started his two-year term as the President of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) beginning July 1, 2026.
Thomson succeeds Elisa de Anda Madrazo of Mexico, whose presidential tenure concluded on June 30, 2026.
