ADB Lowers India's FY27 GDP Target to 6.6% While Upgrading Inflation Projections
Concurrently, the bank raised its inflation projection for India for the same fiscal year to 5.2%, up from the earlier forecast of 4.5%.
However, the ADB has kept its FY28 growth estimate unchanged at 7.3%, along with retaining the inflation target at 4.0% for the subsequent year.
Aspirants must track revisions in growth and inflation targets as they directly correlate with monetary policy decisions by the RBI.
